I feel like they wax too much philosophic without examining the actual content they're talking about in this one. Don't get me wrong, I like hearing Liz talk about philosophical implications of technology, but they seriously downplayed the allegations towards MrBeast as an employer and human. Like he's not a normal boring guy with a special interest, he literally said he hates women, protected actual sex pests in his company, basically pioneered psychological torture as a youtube genre, and he started his philanthropy channel as a way to pre-emptively shield himself from criticism while exploiting the poor for content.
It really did seem like brace just watched the rogan interview and that was it.
I was kinda hyped for this episode but it is definitely one of their weaker ones
liz said we are seeing the real hunger games in england. what is she referring to?
I'm gonna skip this one because they won't call for him to be executed and that's the only thing I'm interested in hearing about him
Isn't part of mrbeast lore that the money initially came from him being in early on Bitcoin or something? Another weird omission
