      The paint is extremely effective, if these are the people I'm thinking of they poured it directly into their clean room and stopped production for a very long time. If they had used gasoline sure maybe they could have done more damage, but now they'll get out of jail in 60 days and get back to work instead of wasting years of their lives in prison.
