I live in a small town which is disproportionately popular with tourists. Because of this, people are hoarding property to rent out on Airbnb. I want to buy a house but will never be able to afford it unless the market is flooded with properties.
Again I'm not looking for anything illegal just some propaganda tricks to keep the tourists away for a year or two.
Basically for any expansion in the city, you can make a formal complaint which needs to be resolved before construction can continue. After they reject your complaint, appeal and raise the complaint.
Some sad fuck has been blocking the construction of a giant water park in our city for years now with no progress in sight, and has costed the company millions. Everyone in the city hates the individual but he is anonymous no one knows who it is.
