I don't think that's any particular indicator, I've known plenty of Marxists who aren't vegan. I don't know what's so hard about not eating the murder treats, but it's not a red line for organizing with them.

The thing is that on leftist forums, the stakes for a veganism debate are pretty high cause it easily causes a 50-50ish flameout.
