I would love to have a VTuber comm! I enjoy watching VTubers, but holy shit the community can be awful (see: the Finana incident). As far as discussion options go, it's pretty much reddit (via the corpo subs + the general one) or 4chan. 4chan is bad for the usual reasons; the VTuber subreddits aren't terribly reactionary from what I've seen but the corpo subs have actual corpo staff as top mods so the discussion is limited, and the general VTuber sub is flooded with self-promo to the point of being unusable.
I'd be happy to be a support mod--can't promise to come up with any cool ideas to grow the community or anything, but I did some supporting mod work on a medium-large sub for about a year (one of those things where I posted enough that I eventually got pressed into service) and I'd be happy to assume a similar grunt role of removing spam and gently reminding people of the rules.
