    I've heard that touristy shops and restaurants who deal with Americans regularly, think like people who go on cruises and do day trips at a stop along the way, often get these really obstinate and chauvinistic Americans who find themselves baffled and appalled upon learning that other countries have their very own currency and that they don't accept USD, to the point that some businesses have started implementing policy that they'll take USD payment at a 1:1 rate with the domestic currency and they get their change in the domestic currency.

    Personally I'm all about dedollarization but I'm willing to make an exception in this case lol
