It just doesn't host the same amount of content that it used to and redirects to a different, similar site, these days.
Maybe I'm just not in the cool kids club anymore and don't know how to get into the archives.
It's still around, just redirects US IP addresses. I never bothered with an account though, I just browse their collections and download elsewhere.
