I don't get it. I assumed literally all eggs were contaminated with salmonella from the cloaca and that cooking killed it.
I guess some people do eat raw eggs. They're not necessarily contaminated, but it's definitely not a risk I'd be taking.
I guess that's the risk people take for eating animal secretions.
