It is actually quite representative of the average city in Angola.
Its hard to find material on them because they are secretive, its sort of like a NK situation where they wouldnt even allow foriengers to visit till very recently, and even now you still need to be personally approved to travel there.
Feel free to ask zedong though, I just dont know much theory personally outside of the surface level of cuba supporting them and that they expressed interest to join BRICS.
my point more was that it doesn't really matter if the average city looks like this if it's accomplished on the backs of what is essentially slave labor like in the UAE.
