Because of how terrible the US voting system is, I don't know if an hour long line is long or not

Where I live, mostly white suburbs. It's longer than usual, and ither places its been up to 3 hour wait times.

Very unusual for mostly white suburbs that lean republican.

Yeah if that's a suburban polling place than an hour is a massive wait.

Here in Brooklyn I wait over an hour to get into my bougie co-op grocer. An hour is nothing

I'm in a half hour line in my white ass NY suburb for some reason. Way more trump signs in town than I expected a few months back. The 2020 primary had incredible turnout too but they were all old people. We'll see how it goes

Actually it was an hour line lol

The entire city is built on shady real estate deals and white collar crime. They had stop and frisk for like a decade, right? Just a full blown police state and people were :this-is-fine:

I was honestly surprised to see a bunch of Trump signs in the state capitol when I was there. Just on trucks. It was like I was back in the south. No wonder old retired NY'ers flee to the south.

Thankfully, I'm in neither area. So I don't have to deal with them except in small doses when they hit the area.
