Liberal take.
Europe is entirely under the dictatorship of the bourgeoisie. It has long been so. There is no democracy to lose, only perks to undermine and strip now that the USSR is long gone and problems are arising in keeping the global south subjugated.
This doesn’t seem to feature any innovative thinking, just idealist musings.
