I'd be happier if Trump won
They have nothing to celebrate. A 200,000-deaths-and-counting plague should have swept their guy into power on a fucking tsunami of popular support. Instead, they barely hung on by their fingernails, losing ground in all other areas of government, while progressive policy measures surged. The media spent four years playing up this apocalyptic, existential threat for more money and ratings, and the end result is a three day farting noise.
This is a humiliating repudiation of the idea that you dont need popular mandates, and can just run a Nice Guy campaign and scream "WHY DONT YOU GO BACK TO YOUR ABUSIVE EX THEN!?" Whenever people ask you what you're actually offering them.
"Why don't you go back to your abusive ex then?" Is exactly what they did to us.... I hate it
i know libs are celebrating because they don't have to think about about politics anymore(bill clinton hours who tf up), but...they can have little a celebration , I genuinely don't care either way
