This is part of my bid to eat at least 4/7 vegetarian dinners a week but my ma forced the steak on me as it was soon to expire. It’s always easier to just accept it.
Otherwise nothing fancy. I add the potatoes late so they don’t turn to mush. The rest is veg stock + bouillon cube + worcestershire sauce + lots of salt and pepper. Finish by swirling in some vegan butter.
