What the FUCK could be causing my internet to have packet loss ONLY when it is dark outside. I know it is not an issue with my equipment or the ISP itself, we have checked and changed everything we can, and I am losing my fucking mind.

The closest thing I could think of is a short in one of the lines and something with the street lights, and in that case, how do I get someone to fix it, because my ISP refuses to help me anymore and I'm basically wasting money on internet that won't even work while I'm awake.

      Packet loss happens on first two hops, both wifi and wired, has done it on two different modems, three different devices, two different cables, and only does it when it's dark out. I can't image there would be that much congestion all night every day for about three months now :/

      Depending on what trace I would do, some loss would happen in the middle hops, but not often or consistently.
