I was the only data scientist for a while and was on-call every day all the time. No benefits
Not my current job, but for the previous one:
1 & 2. We got 1/3 our hourly salary for on-call hours 3. We could only do 4 or 5 weeks on-call per quarter 4. The rotation was about 9 people 5. U.S.
I'd personally appreciate if you explained the intention behind asking these questions.
