It seems easier than passing out cans of spray-paint, and if people in bloc have the opportunity to tag some stuff I don’t see the harm in it, plus paint markers are easily concealable and widely available. Just wondering if this is a worthwhile tactic in the context of a bloc setting. Any thoughts are appreciated!
