I've also met people in their late 40s and 50s who have lower back pain so severe they are sometimes unable to move properly for days. But I agree, this is an exaggeration. linkfedilink

I work in trades and literally nobody is complaining about their hip under 60. This meme is a 16yo's idea of life in one's thirties.

But I agree, this is an exaggeration.
