The point is that Ukraine is going to lose and sending more weapons rather than negotiating just stacks Ukrainian bodies (it is premised on falsehoods about Ukraine's ability to succeed). America sure like Russia being trashed with their old discontinued weapons they would have to pay lots of money to dispose otherwise.
