Hey, I love that they added the effect of his clothes dropping off him the first time he shape-shifts after regaining his shape-shifting abilities.
Yet they didn't give skintight clothing to the only character who had a good reason to wear it...
Censors in the 90s were obviously MUCH more concerned about portraying the love between two consenting adults who had been married in a previous life than they were about a sentient puddle of goo that can make himself look like he's dressed.
I think it's the first Trek that said explicitly that people fuck on the holodeck. DS9 was more adult than TNG and in a very good way.
