I see some post-left stuff and I don't know enough about it to criticize it somehow or even start reading up on it or keeping up with a conversation when it comes to it. Egoist anarchism, Stirner thought, stuff like that. If someone here is familiar with arguments, can you point me to where should I read up on this and possibly some critique?

The problem with the healthcare argument is that we know how to synthesize all these things, the equipment (and, more importantly, license) to do so is just locked up behind a bunch of fucking capitalism. Biohackers are at this very moment figuring out how to synthesize things like insulin and other hormones in a way that's not reliant on industrialized medicine. How to achieve it is relatively well understood, and some people have done it. Anti-civ is not a totalizing ideology, it is a process that each adherent engages in in the way that makes sense for their philosophical framework and material conditions. I don't foresee a world in which everyone lives in a commune out in the sticks and grows all their own food during the day and extracts estrogen from horse piss at night, but I think the human project should allow for such arrangements to arise.
