Thanks for the info! I think i bought a mozzarella for baking once that peeled like that. I put it into a pizza crust and it was really delicious.
Ah okay! I think i know what that is, sort of like real mozzarella but less ripe in a way, so it peels sort of stripy?
pretty much, mozzarella sticks are basically just those, breaded and fried into a stick of delicious heart attack juice
They can also be easily found in Europe. I see the cheestrings brand everywhere here.
I dont understand.. the string cheese packages are more than one portion? (i mean of course im only going to have 2.. and another 2 in 5mins.. [repeat until none left])
