Listen man I'm all for the people, but saying "I doubt that forced relocation that was described as collective punishment killed that many people" isn't really helping. Records were hard to keep, but I ask you did the people who did die there deserve it? Stalin did plenty of things that are great, but defending him here seems lost. How did we get here

We must understand reality, as grim as it may be. This isn't a defense of "our team" but a defense of the facts. Calling out someone who is lying to further their agenda is always a good thing, it is always vital to understand reality as it actually exists, and not as people like this will lie and manipulate people into believing it is.
