Basically I'm stressed out, it's getting more manageable but the issue I've been having as I'm talking more and trying to do things is when I get a moment of anxiety I just sound like a total asshole.

I'm not yelling or anything, just kind of explaining my peace very quickly to try to stop the anxiety from escalating.

This isn't too bad for people that know me, though it can be a bit much, but like I've done it to strangers in the past week as well. It's not great...

Anyone deal with this before and know of some sort of exercise to try to get a handle on it? Trying so very hard to not be a misanthrope lol
