It would be cool to have a place for people to ask questions and get help understanding theory. Beyond just understanding the original writings, I think it's also interesting to talk about things like how more recent political and technological history might have impacted things. This was requested before and it was suggested that /c/books could cover it, but it doesn't look like there has been much of this sort of discussion there.
