I digitized an old cassette (93) of French Folk music a friend of my high school French teacher recorded. I want to be able to upload it and share it with the recording artist and then let him decide what to do with it.
I was hoping for something with an online music player rather than just a file sharing site like Google drive. I was not sure if there is anything in the fediverse for this kind of thing (something akin to SoundCloud), if not filter sharing is how i will go.
Better be safe than sorry and not just upload music you don't own for everyone to publicly access.
After all, the whole point is to ask the artist what to do with it. Then you can put it on some service, if they've agreed.
So yeah, Send is pretty good, though I believe limited to 2.5GB
