A flag-raising ceremony was held at Tiananmen Square in Beijing for China's 74th National Day on Sunday morning. Large crowds gathered at the square to see honor guards hoist the Chinese flag.

Interesting that there are klashnakovs in the front followed by swords, followed by bayoneted rifles. Is there a reason for that?
