The only thing marines have accomplished since Iwo Jima is teaching us new things about trauma medicine when they get their dicks blown off losing a war. They're not heroes, they're not warriors on par with (checks notes) farmers. Marines are just the ethical alternative to blowing off a lab monkey's dick.
