There are numerous organizations in nepal it is just South Asia have a long feud between MLs and Maoists then came the Dengists. Also many are skeptical of China because china helped the Monarchy army to crush the Maoists. Many are also skeptical of India because India did a gruesome blockade of essential things in the wake of a major Earthquake

I agree except there is no such thing as "Dengism" or a "Dengist" party.
That is not true... Those who follow Market oriented socialism are kinda called dengist in South Asian marxist literature. It's not a slur here.
