I'm not making this up lol, Chan Buddhism is a form of Buddhism that developed in China and eventually inspired Zen Buddhist thought in Japan.
They're broken up into nice little bite-sized "posts" already, my job is super easy.
That being said, I'm pretty happy to hear they aren't too annoying.
