Mice are a reactionary development which computing has yet to recover from. We must abolish the mouse and return to the keyboard and, under certain circumstances, the light-pen.
While true that the keyboard is the superior input peripheral, the fact that everything is designed around the mouse means that it's not going away anytime soon. And so, it's better to have good mouse support for things.
TLDR: I am a :LIB:
I use Pop!_OS but I'm not gonna pretend to understand what it can do
Auto-tiling now has vastly improved mouse support. It feels like cocaine.
If this appeals to you you should try out sway. It's the most solid window manger I've ever tried, and it's tiling!
Unlike most tiling window managers it lets you drag to resize and reorganize windows with the mouse just like that :)
I wonder if they could do something like elementaryOS' pantheon desktop environment but for Pop!_OS. It's already a bit of a departure from gnome with all of it's tweaks.
