    Patat with ketchup and mayo is the best patat, as long as it's a spicy ketchup. Like, homemade curry ketchup with chilies in it n everything. The best chippies / patatkrams make it themselves. None of that bland shit that's just red sugar. The creamyness of the mayo needs to be pain relief for the curry ketchup. This is a perfect, harmonious patat. Chopped raw onions optional. Saté or yoppiesaus (which is just ketchup, mayo and onions put through a blender, cmv) is nice once in a while, but i always keep coming back to the original.

    Also, the patat needs to be thicc cut. None of the McDonald's freedom fry nonsense. I hope i don't have to explain double frying to any of you guys, because single-fried fries are just a soggy mess and a crime against humanity.
