It's definitely weird seeing a giant Levis ad in a classroom, and it's unfortunate that the original school building was found to be dangerous to kids. I mean, most dystopian fiction is YA and in the 90s that was all anti consumerism, anti mall culture. She probably means "literally like a dystopian novel"
