    There's no real context needed. Just that there are a million people like this woman who are opposed to any change that would allow for cities to grow and adapt to needs like more housing and density because it might slightly inconvenience them.

    Changes like making single family neighborhoods allow for more density have a direct impact on climate change: fewer fossil fuels are used in multimodal urbanized places, less parking means lower albedo from black pavement, etc.
