minus-squareShinji_Ikari [he/him]hexbear2·4 years agoYeah, its possible it was just a lost cause, maybe a cracked sound board, many broken/rusted strings, a bunch of broken mallets, etc. it probably cost a lot less to bolt a piano to studs than it does restore it. link
