    I bet the council has zero plans to maintain the roadside grasslands to that height. I doubt they've even considered the mammoth effort of keeping rural public space grass under 30cm for an extended period of time.

    Such a nonsensical rule to try and keep everyone's lawns looking pristine. Messy gardens are way more beneficial to wildlife.
