I installed DS4Windows to use for Wolfenstein since it doesn't detect my PS4 controller like other games did, and now after that my controller keeps detecting movements (even a new one) regardless of how much I try to uninstall it or reset the drivers by removing the controller from devices and printers.

I've tried uninstalling DS4 fully, I've tried resetting the controller drivers, I've tried calibrating. Any ideas before I just go and reset windows completely?

Have you tried adding Wolfenstein as an external game in Steam and using Steam's built-in controller manager?
