Mind you, using Identity Politics against any negative ractions to Wealth Inequality is much tradition in a neoliberal newspaper which is pretty much The Modern Voice Of The Traditional English Upper and Upper Middle Classes.
Had Brian Thompson been a woman they would've said Luigi's act was misogyny.
(And no, I'm not kidding or even exagerating: this newspaper has quite the history of defending well off upper middle class sociopaths who happen to be women when they say the most outrageous anti-poor things or lie shamelessly, by saying that the critics of those people and their acts are misogynists).
