Schwieriges Thema. Ich finde grundsätzlich ist eine ePA eine längst überfällige Sache. Die Umsetzung ist allerdings, wie so oft in Deutschland, furchtbar, auch wenn diesmal der Datenschutz nicht im Weg steht, eher zu wenig Beachtung findet.

Klar kann man sagen, Daten digital zu speichern setzt sie immer dem Risiko aus, von Hackern erbeutet zu werden. Dem kann man aber biszu einem gewissen Grad vorbeugen.

Problematischer finde ich, dass man nicht individuell Dokumente und Befunde für einzelne Ärzte freigeben kann. Abgesehen davon, dass mein Zahnarzt nicht die Details meiner Depression kennen muss, würde ich auch manche Diagnosen und Berichte erst freigeben wollen, nachdem ich mur eine Zweitmeinung eingeholt habe. Und natürlich ist es keine anonymisierung von Daten, wenn man sie mit nur geringem Aufwand wieder "rückgängig" machen kann.

Ich hätte mir so sehr gewünscht, dass die ePA gut umgesetzt würde, weil sie Prozesse so sehr beschleunigen und vereinfachen kann und ich mich nicht mehr auf meine furchtbar schlechte eigene Organisation meiner medizinischen Unterlagen verlassen müsste. Schade Schokolade.

You seem to have no idea about what a genocide is. It is not simply killing a massive amount if civilians. It s the eradication of a people, completely or partially. That includes but is not limited to the massive killing of civilians but also cultural eradication for example by abducting and reeducating children (which Russia did on a grand scale), the suppression of cultural items like language (which Russia has done like forever, but especially since the beginning of the occupation in 2014) or the dehumanization of members of the people.
