Thank you for your service, Captain. o7 🦜🏴☠️
He had a point until he mentioned Reddit. While it used to be true that it had really detailed answers to specific questions, who knows how long that will remain the case with all their changes.
Try out SearXING (https://paulgo.io/) where you can edit preferences on what it crawls.
I've never gotten an alert and I know I've had "exposures" in the past from work emails. Guess it's time to uninstall...
I have one that's dead. I think I accidentally broke it by setting it on some desk piece that I had no idea was magnetic. Rip chunky buddy.
If I'm getting a phone call, it better be an emergency. Otherwise, send a text! Phone calls are just rude (unless I get a heads up or asked first - via a text).
You need to have the research option enabled for your data to be included in this, iirc
*edit: but I agree with your sentiment. This shouldn't even be an option they could pursue.
Or the ones who might not even actually be biologically related, but they might not know that?

You pee into the drain, not all over yourself. It's the same plumbing.
I believe they passed a similar law like this in New Zealand. You could be 50 and still too young to smoke lol.
Smokefree action plan: Cigarette sales to be banned for younger generations
Wait, were you going to the library? I'm sure there was somewhere else you need to go to run errands. Was it the grocery store? Better check the pantry and fridge to see what you need. End up on the couch eating and watching TV for the rest of the day.
Actually, it looks like Apple has this option built in.
Maybe you could make an applet in IFTTT for this. Just a simple notification when you leave a location (home) to check for your smartwatch. You could probably build an applet if you leave a location but your smartwatch doesn't, though it looks like they have a pro/paid version you'd have to subscribe to.
For me, rigid scheduling and body doubling helps the most besides my medication. For studying, using the Pomodoro Method worked wonders and helped me chunk through the material. You're just going to have to try lots of things to see what does and doesn't work for you because it's so different for everyone.
It's going to be very difficult but you can't be the only one in your area going through the same thing. As TerminalEncounter mentioned, CBT should help a lot. You could also reach out to your therapist and ask if there's a group or something for support.
Last but not least, if there's something you remember to do- go do it right away. You'll forget or put it off.
