I didn't understand the comic until I read your comment. I guess I'm too deep into the weird to understand that normal people don't understand/do the collar thing and thought the animal was like a dinner sacrifice or something. Very confused until I read your comment.

Reparations should be given not in the form of direct monetary payments, but massive investment in black communities and especially schools and scholarships. All black people in America suffer from systemic racism, so build a system they all benefit from regardless of who their ancestors were. Giving out monetary reparations won't solve any problems. This system will provide permanent benefits to all current and future black Americans.
