My grandfather used to run a fauna park with kookaburras. We had a meat grinder, like what’s used to make filling for pies and pasties, which was used to grind up baby chickens and mice into a paste for the kookaburras.

A friend and I were talking today that we’d spend full price for a Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War Soulstorm remaster/remake. It was a great game that still has a lot of potential both for gamers and for the company developing it. They could even call it something cool like the Imperium Edition or something!
I’ve also always said that they could approach it in a similar way to how Total War: Warhammer develops DLC for their factions. Quick question for WH:40K fans: if they offered a dlc for your specific Space Marine chapter or Ork Warband or DIRTY HERETIC, would you buy it? I know I would buy a Space Wolves chapter DLC that enabled their unique mechanics and units. It’s an untapped goldmine in my opinion and also caters to people who want to play the game with their own army units.
If this were truely accurate Faramir would be like three of the unfinished clones from Alien 4.

SMR aren’t a bad idea, they’re just not a ‘now idea’. In the short term our current renewable systems are doing exactly what we intended them to do.
Frankly this is just dog whistling to climate deniers to throw further discourse towards wind, solar and storage. But with that being said; having nuclear base-load available would strengthen our energy supply in times of need.
AUS, 32. I had to learn manual for my job and for years my daily driver was a manual. I still have that car, I nice V8 sports car, but I prefer an automatic these days due to ease of use especially with how far modern automatics have come from the stigma developed during the 80’s/90’s.
This is a big part of the answer. Try telling someone that a full size sedan from the 80’s/90’s is the size of a modern compact car and most still respond that they won’t drive a compact because they’re “too small”. Reality is that vehicles have been designed larger year over year and people don’t want to shift out of the model that they think is “the right size”.

That’s one hell of a serious increase over a one year period considering it has also been incrementally raising over 100 years and then bam! Big hit in 2023.
I’m not entirely sure but it always seems like a in-game time of day thing to me. In one of my worlds I used to leave to swamps in the morning and return at nightfall and that would put the wind on my side but if I reversed the times the wind would be against me.
