cybersec comrade here; I second comrade 2fast2war's advice to download Tor and use DDG as your search engine. Additionally, you can and should call a suicide prevention line over a free phone replacement application for your phone which gives you a free new number to call with. Cleaning the app cache and data files from storage after use prevents other apps from reading tracker IDs generated by certain apps which is used in part for interest based ads. Browsers like Chrome or the Google search app often read other files from other apps and use that information to target sell you things but their ability to do this can be restricted at least in part by denying their app privileges in the settings of your phone. Phone -> apps -> (app) -> permissions. I hope you feel better comrade.
