First, your second house or small business are not means of production.

Second, most people dont have a summer cottage, most people dont have a family farm, most people dont have land ownership, most people dont inherit shit, most people dont have apartments they are renting, most people dont have small business.

Most people have nothing to lose and everything to gain when we talk about people owning their workplace. If you think otherwise you are overstating what most people own, which is close to nothing. What most people think of is the idea that if they work hard enough they will someday have that apartment to rent, that summer house, that big money their sons will inherit, which for most of earth's population is just bullshit.

The headline doesnt make any sense. It crossed 230k CONCURRENT (playing at the same time right now) on steam. That does not mean that 230k players have bought the early access. They have probably more than a million or two early access players at least between xbox and pc (both steam and microsoft store) to have those numbers on steam alone in concurrent players.

850 grams is crazy and barely usable imo, the steam deck already feels heavy at 670 and puts too much strain on the wrists due to the controller layout + weight.

I am a leftist so obviously biased, but my experience with them in general has been fine, there are some trolls or stupid people like in every instance but i had to deal more with right wing propaganda and objectively false information from conspiranoic people than from anything terrible coming from them so far, to the point of having to block several exploding heads communities where they shared tons of missinformation abour queer people, vaccination and all that bullshit. That one is the harmful instance in general and not hexbear where most of their content are memes and some insightful discussion every now and then.
