  • Do you think his opinion on domestic violence cases was a little bit MRA or do you think he was just relaying the facts on the ground? I wonder why prosecuting men for domestic violence when he personally didn't think they did it bothered him so much in particular, among all the things prosecutors get hired to do. Is it really as common as he claimed? Is it really that easy to prosecute/that impossible to defend? Are judges honestly throwing the whole book at people just based on he-said-she-said, no evidence?
