But the American badger turns out to just want to drink a beer and talk about sports whereas the European badger, after having sat you down for some tea and buttered crumpets, reveals itself to be a racist eugenicist

Yeah mine can wipe too. I run it overnight, works wonders. Just switch it on and let it do its thing
I have one. Works fine on a 50m2 floor
Or get a non-connected 'dumb' one

My advice for anyone in a similar situation is to go for a job in a different field.
Tell them that you reached the goals you had set for yourself in your previous field (PhD, published peer reviewed works etc). Tell them that you feel it is time for you to explore other fields and that you have an affinity with the one you're applying in. Then tell them the most important thing you learned during your previous endeavors: you have the capacity to learn and adapt

"A kilogram of potatoes is at least 73% more expensive than at the start of the year, while the price of butter has increased by more than 30%, according to data released by the Federal Statistics Service on Thursday. Those two products top the list compiled by the agency, with vegetables such as onions and beets up more than 20% and sour cream, milk, bread and fish all 12%-15% higher than 2023 levels."
