Steve from GamersNexus takes Linus down a peg or two. Still watching but the mistake they made with the waterblock is a huge screwup.

Yeah waterblock thing but holy shit that is unbelievably callous and the comment "oh I'm not sure its worth 100 or 500 dollars of someone's time" is just a summary of LTT decision making.
Linus is a test tube sample of what a millennial becoming a rich "small business owner" looks like. At first its the enthusiasm and the pride in doing good work, the feel good and fun shit(those random PC wars videos were fun imo).
But then you start seeing over the years, the house projects which in vacuum is already alarming but always framed as "how can I justify spending this unless I get a video out of this" which essentially lead to his state today. Literally everything is measured in some corporate bottom line $/hour worth of effort measure. Its almost as if someone wrote a book about this 150 years ago lol lmao even.
Jokes aside, Linus personality also makes it so brazen, he literally says so with a straight face. Again the waterblock section, fuck small business I don't realy give a shit on that perspective, but the way in which Linus digs himself a hole saying the shit you expect some billionaire CEO to say unironically too.
Yes you'll say none of this is surprising, in fact its rather common and obvious, I agree. But it is just noteworthy that many of us("gamers" or tech consumers, specially millennials) saw and continue to see this all unfold in real time. Its wild, its like watching someone slowly turn into those dipshit entitled boomers.
But GN is great, within the limits of "normal people on YT" with his own brainworms obviously, but this is some great YT shit so rare to see this days like random example Coffeezilla, go get them Steve.
