          I take it Inshallah doesn't make sense for past tense like this?

          I was intending it like

          "if that's what god wills" with a shrug and a shit eating grin

              we've had struggle sessions about it in the past

              they are used ironically insofar as most hexbears aren't religious and some part of the usage is an attempt to trigger crackers

              that said it's done with all respect to our muslim comrades and most crackers who say god willing aren't religious either
