Very glad megathreads here aren't just a modding weapon used to suck the life out of a topic by being "enforced" so that all posts, memes and other content about a topic gets contained, otherwise I would be very upset.
Ya subs like r/politics will dump a bunch of news articles in their megathreads, and the anti-US ones are in the bottom. And then mods will go "oh sorry, you're not allowed to post that 'US literacy is the lowest in the developed world' because it's #24 of 30 articles in some fecking megathread".
