You are not a "boomer" if you aren't in your twenties. You are not irrelevant if you aren't in your twenties. You don't go straight from being a kid to being "old". Stages of life are fluid and vary for each person, and should be savored to the fullest of your means to do so.
Stop letting internet memes about age, height, and general state of being have an actual impact on your mental health. They mean nothing, and don't benefit you in any material way.

Buy a dedicated ear and nose hair trimmer. One of those cheap tiny ones. It’s quick enough that I just bust it out when I’m in my bathroom and notice they’re there.
I just pull em out with tweezers. Hurts so good. Or sometimes just hurts. A lot.
Just in the last week or two I finally had to bust out my grandpa's nose hair trimmer that I rescued from his house after he passed a few years back...really felt old in that moment.
This was my big moment too. I ordered a nose hair trimmer a couple months ago and just gave up on life.
I've needed a nose trimmer since I was 19. A good percentage of my hair greyed out all at once in 2020. Mentally, I still think I'm young, but it's arbitrary. I try to stay flexible and learn new things.
