People like this have amazing confidence. Why wouldn't they though? They have been able to shamelessly do all of the heinous things their terrible little demon hearts desire and get away with it. Imagine you kill a neo-nazi and you get 6 months of house arrest and some billionaire drops a 7-figure dono on you and the president calls you up and offers you a job in his cabinet after you've served your time... you'd be feeling pretty fuckin good about yourself too (except obviously IRL the neo-nazi is an 8 year old muslim boy).
